Stella Short Courses

The Vocational Training sector in Rwanda is rapidly expanding, creating high demand for skilled workers. In Kamonyi District and surrounding areas, many youth, women, people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups lack access to quality training that equips them with the technical and professional skills required by employers. Bridging the skills gap is essential for preparing these groups to participate in Rwanda's growing economy. By equipping them with relevant skills, the training center empowers people to access decent employment and contribute to sustainable community development.
